Get an exhaust that includes third muffler delete with a cross pipe.

1) agree complete exhaust system if it didn't come with PSE
2) lower it + HRE wheels

depends on what you are looking for, cosmetic? performance? there are many different ways to spend. Also, as mentioned, driving school is one of the best choices.

HPDE is always a good investmennt. Plus you can take that with you. Also can't go wrong with high flow cats or stiffer sways/lowered on coil overs. Just my .02$

Being a .1 guy, I'm not familiar with this, but I'd probably fit that into your budget, as an inexpensive exhaust mod makes a bunch of sense. Think about mostly a sound change and a teeny tiny bit of performance.

After that, I would do suspension. You can get things like flash, cats, IPD, etc, but IMHO the suspension is the first place to put performance $$ in a Porsche.

There are a couple of different routes, and I might recommend Eibach springs, RSS rear toe links, dogbones, sways, and drop links.

The lowered stance would also look great.
