Here in Cali uninsured motorist can ONLY be used IF you show proof the person who hit you actually was uninsured. Otherwise your collision takes over in which your deductible now comes into play. I covered my car under my business policy for $ 1,000,000.00. Take no chances. So many jerk offs out there it only takes a stolen car and a fugitive to ruin your day!!
