I wouldn't mess with it. You may end up making it worst then it is. Google search flex-filler. Body shops use these products & the right type of paint to repair these bumpers. Then find a place to have it fixed.

I got home and clean the bumper good, its not so bad, but if you look from a side distance you can see the dent, I'll try the dent removal hopefully they can make it look a little bit better

You cannot measure paint thckness on plastic with a paint gauge. However, you can easily see overspray and areas that have been painted. If you are having it repaired, have the bumper removed completely from the car and the entire thing repainted off the car then reinstalled. Dealer repaint bumpers all the time and dont disclose it to buyers unless asked directly. IMO remove, repair, repaint the entire piece.

Does anyone know of a good and reputable paint and dent repair shop in Northern Virginia?

I have read this thread and almost everyone seems to emphasize the need for a good paint shop. The damage is small, but I think there is a little crease. I would like to repair it rather than replace the entire bumper.

Thank you,

cai
