Ugh. May have tinted too dark.
unless u are a drug dealer & afraid of getting hassled by 5-0, who cares what other people think..
since its done.. and u live in sunny florida where the dark tint is legal (i think).. just leave as-is for now. U can change it in couple of years if u want.
only reason u should change it at this time is if u have difficulty seeing thru the tint at night.
ur car looks good. i wouldn't worry about it.

I appreciate that, but my clients see my car, and I don't really want the bad *** image.
I think I'm going to go back and get a very minor tint at this point.. Does anyone have pics of a black car with very light tint?

I don't understand why dark tint gives a "bad ***" image,is that a Floridian thing?lol. It gets very hot and sunny out here in Cali. and the darker tint keeps the interior cooler and keeps from fading issues.
Well, black tint on black kinda gives it that sinister look.. It's cool for some, maybe not for others.. Silver and dark tint really seems to be a great balance.. I'm kinda thinking mostly regarding black cars.
but, IMO, ur clients will only see a black porsche with a tint, regardless of 35 or 20 %..
20 is not more badass than 35 (ok, maybe 15% more bad ***
but not enough of a difference)and its not like u have a black Pcar with a gt3 wing and a blacked-out wheels and blacked out lights.. and slammed to the ground.. now that may portray a different image..
sure, car is part of your image.. but, ultimately & hopefully, your clients will base your image on your character rather than the degree of tint on your car.

20% tint is pretty standard in AZ. Even the cops have real dark tint but its sunny nearly all the time. In SoCal guys get hassled a bit more but I have AZ plates on all my cars so its no problem for me.
I see no issue with your 20% and all my cars have 20% on the front and our SUV's get 5% in the rear.
Only you can decide if it's too dark. Pretty easy to re-do the side windows if you feel like changing.

I have 20% on 3 back windows, but I really have a problem on the front 2 windows...
everytime after the window up and down, there is some kind of dirty mark on the both front windows...and this happen to my 08 cayman too....so I am afraid if I tint front windows, they will get some kind of scratch ....

I never thought of any tint of being 'too' dark...personally I think on any car the darker the better. I have done 5% all around on all my cars (Live in AZ and its sunny year round and greatly helps to keep interior / face from burning off in summer time). I would even go as far as doing a double 5%--BUT The 'only' caveat to darker tint is that fine line between being too dark at night where it interferes with safety and visibility. Otherwise if it is a classy, exotic, luxury, german, etc vehicle I don't think you car go too dark on it, ESPECIALLY on a black porsche!!!
