A quality real cf hood would be appreciated, but a cf wrap? Unless you are covering damage or something, I think that would fall under the category of "Ricey".

Carbon Fibre rear deck lid is actually cool (and a performance gain for the car where the weight is a penalty). Carbon Fibre hood up front is trying way too hard for such a great car. Seriously? Paint it and retain the value in the car. My Canadian $0.02.

I say go for it. Inexpensive, relatively speaking, and reversible. Worth doing even if you only keep it on for a few months- my bet is you'll keep it on for a lot longer.

Nay. Fake carbon fiber-look wrap on a Porsche? If it's not real, it's rice. Like putting a GT3 badge on your car.

I have nothing against wraps in general, but phoney carbon fiber-look is about as tacky as leopard print lycra pants, or a pleather couch.

This is my old 997. I loved it and received a lot of compliments . Plus covered up rock chips.
