For any tranny I have ever done it's top plug to fill, bottom to drain. But haven't done a Porsche and can't confirm on the plugs you have circled in the pics. If you don't get confirmation on this site put your question on Renntech. Good source for this type of question.
According to the workshop manual the fill plug should be the one below the electrical junction box (lower in height picture) nearest to the front of the car.
Change capacity should be 2.6L.
Tightening torque 30 ftlb

Link to manual tranny oil replacement DYI on renntech. It's for a 996 but indicates proceedure is the same. It does not show two fill plugs however.

The lower plug closest to the front of the car is the fill opening. I have done this job on my 997. It will take 3.1 quarts if the car is level. The upper plug is apparently for different applications as this Japanese transmission is used in other vehicles as well. The gaskets are the same (18 MM) as the motor oil drain plug. Always take the fill plug out first , you don't want to end up with a dry transmission and unable to get the filler plug out.
It was the middle plug. I removed that one first and no oil came out. I stuck my finger in to see if I could touch the oil and it was right below the hole. That is the fill plug. Sorry for the very long wait. I forgot about this.
