There is a new building here in NYC on 11th avenue with the same sky-garage off the living room. Good for celebrities and such desiring ultimate privacy, though in general the folks who can afford these super expensive condos aren't doing much driving themselves, that's for sure.
The neatest "car in living room" setup I've seen was again, here in NYC, on King Street in Soho there is an old early 1800's firehouse (bi-level) that converted into a condo. I'm told that the North American president of Ferrari used to rent it and drive his car right off the street and into his living room to display!

Well if you're not going to slog your exotic car/bike through winter months... why not keep an eye on it in your living room! I'm kind of jealous... also makes for a shorter trip between working on my car and the fridge.
