Gundo Hack, X51 Header, FVD Sport Cats (200 Cell) Video
After reading most of the Gundo Hacks, I decided to go ahead and modify my 997.1 C4S. Here is a short video clip of my exhaust.

First of all, sounds great! Based on what the Gundo does, if I add the FVD sport cats and X-51 headers to my PSEm will it sound the same in sport mode? I'm looking for a similar sound.
With your PSE, the FVD Sport Cats (200 cell) along with the X-51 Headers IMO increases the exhaust flow (less restrictive) thus giving the exhaust note a louder pleasant sound. Some 6speedonline users use 1 3/4" bypass/X-over pipes. I'm using 2" pipes. The larger the diameter you use, the lower the resonance the exhaust note is. I think you will get similar sound with your PSE.
Sounds terrific. Had run the same set up for a while - X51, 200 Cell Cats and Gundo Hack. Exactly as it should sound. Have also run this setup with a OEM PSE, and there was not a noticeable difference in sound. PSE is just heavy, so gundo hack or other lightweight cans can make a difference in the rear end...
Right now I'm running some AWE cans, and while light, I'm pretty sure I prefer the hacked cans / PSE option.

I'm running X-51 headers, AWE cats & Fister hacked mufflers (1.75" pipe) and sounds a little different than the video although it was a cold start and the sound in a video is not always accurate. After I installed the cats, the grunt/manly/deep sound it makes when the engine is loaded and you step on the gas is intoxicating! 3500-5500rpm has a nice deep sound.
