Question for 911CT, how is your car running lately? Did you figure out the misfires? I am still having the problem even after taking the car to the dealer. I feel like the dealer only cares about charging clients and not take care of the problems. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks.

 

Sorry to hear that. I too left the car at the dealer for a week but they couldn't reproduce the misfire. I changed the AOS and the codes were gone for a while(about 2000 miles). But one day they came back... Because of that and also in light of new data that suggests Porsche is about to settle in the IMS debacle, I decided to part ways with my Porsche...I had it for 18 months and drove it 18000 miles but I couldn't put up with random misfire mistery and the looming danger of a potential failing engine.
