Is your car modified or stock (in other words: are you confident it will pass smog or do you expect challenges)?

There is one by Grand Auto close to Irvine Spectrum. I used them to smog "Bob" the C2 I just sold and also smogged my 08 GT3 there a few weeks back. Contact Sterlingc1975, he has the details.
