about to buy a 997.2 c2s, what should the buyers order include?
hi everyone,
I'm pretty much ready to close a deal in buying a c2s, I received the buyers orders today from the dealership since I need to show it to my bank in order to get the loan.
the car is a 2009 CPO car with 25k miles, the buyers order is only a 1 page thing showing pretty basic info
selling price
taxes
license,title, etc
TOTAL $$$$$$$$
that's about it, it doesnt show a shipping cost even though the car will be shipped to Socal, the salesman told me over the phone he got a quote for about $900, and also the buyer orders doesnt mention anything that it's a CPO, or CPO warranty is also being included or sold.
should I be worry about it? should I tell them to add some info about the cpo warranty and transportation costs?
thanks

The only info your bank should need is the cost including taxes etc.
proof you have made the downpayment could also be needed before they issue a check.
Proof of full coverage will also be needed Afaik.

right, but from the dealership standpoint, no mention about the cpo warranty then on the buyers orders???
also they just emailed me the dme report; however I do have some doubts about this report.
1. there's no vin # or any reference so I know this dme report is for the specific car I'm planning to buy.
2. the report is dated March 2012, we are in november.
3. it seems it doesnt show the total operating hours.
all the report shows is:
number of ignitions at range 1 = 149
operating hours counter reading at overspeed, range 1 850.68
Range 2 thru Range 5 is all zeroes.
any thoughts about this please?? should the dme report include the vin #, otherwise it could easily be fake or from another car.

I'm just emailed them back asking them for a new up-to-date report, but besides that? what's suspicious about it if you can tell me? and does the report include the vin # or not?
btw, the car has been sitting on the dealership lot since March and I was able to verified that on the carfax records and since its a cpo maybe the dme report is when they cpo'ed the car???
