Definitely not true. Incorrect corner weights will affect your braking and car behavior on a day-to-day basis.

Whenever you mess around with suspension height, always do a corner balancing. Not only are the corners weighted, this process also takes into account total front and rear weight distribution.

Those scales are pretty expensive. I almost bought a set but decided to take it to an Indy who specializes in alignment.

NA ride heights are awful. All 911s only look 'proper' when they've been dropped to euro or less in ride height.
