PCM no sound output

Hoping some of you have some good feedback for me. This morning the PCM sound went out. I have no sound for Radio, Navi or phone. I can see the preset radio stations and can toggle through them, however when I go to Source it won't let me get to AUX or CD. It's stuck on FM. Navi seems to be working just fine and I can even make a phone call however there is absolutely no sound.

Any ideas?

Yep, happened to me once (and so far only once) on my 2010. Exact same scenario. Couldn't switch sources (didn't even see USB option). I had to pull the fuse and reinsert to get sound back. No problems since. I did a search a while back and found that it's known to happen.

Thanks for your feedback. I did see a few others with similar situations when I searched as well but not specific to the "source" issue.
