Message on PCM about Wheel change?
Have you ever gotten this message? What exactly are you supposed to enter? I just had brake calipers put on and they took the wheels off and put them back on.
It indicates the computer thinks new TPMS sensors are being seen than last time.. its wondering if you changed wheels (summer vs winter, etc) on it and is recommending you change the TPMS setting in the computer appropriately.
I bet that the left one was mounted on the right side and vice versa. I rotated my front wheels after changing my pads and I had the same thing. Do a reset, the message will chg to learn mode and it will eventually go away.
Yup, it freaked me out as I thought I had a flat tire.

Agreed, if you have direction tires (and many are) you should NOT change side to side... so be carefull.

Thanks for all the replies. I went through the manual and got the message to go away since I know my tire pressure was adequate. One thing I have a question about is how can I tell if my tires are winter, summer or all season tires? I'm using the tires that came with the car at time of purchase. I have Bridgestone tires (pic attached).
I haven't driven it since last weekend but one thing I did notice was when making a sharp u-turn something feels off, almost as if the wheels feel "wobbly" or something but only when I make a u-turn. I don't see on my receipt where they did any rotating or balancing so I wonder if that could be the issue. The tech that worked on my car comes back on Wednesday so I'm gonna call him up and ask.

For some tires, there is an arrow on the sidewall that indicates the direction of rotation. Those would be rotational tires that you cannot rotate side to side, and since on the Porsche the front and back are different sizes, require the tire to stay on the same corner of the car.
A winter tire will likely have a snowflake symbol on the sidewall. What is the model of tire?
Winter tires do provide a bit more wobble as the tread blocks are taller and flex a bit under load. The summer/performance tires have very low profile tread blocks.
Look up your tire make and model at tire rack or on google and it will tell you the type of tire it is.
U-Turns, due to the tight turn radius may feel odd anyway, as even with a limited slip diff, there may be some side-to-side push on some of the tires on the road surface.
FYI, my rotated my front tires again, and again my dash showed the message.
Just in case people wonder, I put them back bcoz due to different wear my car wasn't as grippy as it used to be. And yes, my tires could be rotated.

At the time I posted that I was on my iPad and have been out of town for the past week. Just got in this morning and I was able to look it up and found out that the tires are actually summer tires. Potenza RE050A (18") by Bridgestone.
Thanks Minok....that makes sense maybe I just never really noticed before, it's not like I make that many sharp u-turns anyway and I only really drive the car a handful of times per month.
