Sanity check on options
Sanity check on options
Just a quick head check, I have optioned out my 06' S to 92,180. Based on what I have seen its not the most expensive and defintely not the least, my guess is that most of the S models probably on average drop between 88K-92K. Do you guys agree this is pretty average? I appreciate the guys who do all the exclusive stuff and those pimp PCCB's you make me feel a little more at ease.
In addition I plan to have EVO do their stage 4, chip, header, exhaust and whip cream and short shift or whatever that entails for another 7K.
This seems quasi sane to me. Thanks for your feedback.

Seriously be glad you didn't pay for PCCB's... I'm not keen on them and neither are most people that have had to spend $$$$ to replace them
Sounds like a good plan on the car! Post some pics when you get it... MIght want to change the shoes since the stockers are a bit wacko looking

I live in Phoenix with one authorized Porsche dealer in the 6th largest city in the US. No discount will be forthcoming. I would gladly buy it from another dealer if I could get a sizeable discount 3K plus would get my attention. Quick plane ride to LA, SD, LV, maybe someone will step up. In the meantime I have an allocation which seemed like the logical first step.
I did opt for the 19" classic Carrera rims.

Thanks Raja, I still have some waiting time, when they call for the actual specs I will do some shopping around, I suspect this maybe around September. I seriously hope by then that more "S" cars will have hit or are on the way and that the C4S may draw some "S" buyers away and the market will relax and maybe afford me the opportunity to order at a better discount. Running on sentences like nobody's bix for 39 years! Yeah baby!

When the C4S and TT come out, I think C2S discount will be easy to find. AZ only has 1 dealer? Here is SF, we have 6-8 dealers w/in 100 mi.
92k is a pretty nicely optioned C2S. I think it's in right ball park but listing out the items would pare it down.

i def. like the color combo you got.
plus the option wise i would get the carbon pkg. heated seats the rest i could live without i think.
The crono pkg sounds kewl but I don't really track my cars so no go for me. carbon pkg- i love but way 2 much $$ IMHO.
bose and NAV - I Have in my cayenne and probably go aftermarket on this...
my 2 cents.

Deviating carpet and stitching are not available otherwise would do stone grey carpet. May do the mats. Tyring to get a color sample of the terracotta leather to match up to the seal to see how well that works. I think it will be nice but I'd rather be sure.

Does any body know the name of the song in the intro of this website? I will not quit asking so somebody do everyone a favor and step up.
