Leather Lovers - Let's see your fuller full leather interiors!
We all know that Porsche's "full leather" isn't quite full enough for some of us. My car remained 100% stock for many years and I was perfectly fine with my full leather. However, this past year I decided to upgrade my rear center console to full leather. That was when the leather bug bit me hard!
Little by little I've started to upgrade some of the other main plastic bits to Porsche OEM leather. I think my leather appetite is satisfied for now. But I'd love to see what others have done to make your full leather interiors even fuller! Please post your leather upgrade pics.
I'll start by sharing some pics of my upgrades:
- Defroster vents & center speaker cover

- Door pull spears and mirror triangles

- Rear center console with matching shift trim

- Upgraded armrest

And finally, couldn't resist getting these matching driving gloves...

Suncoast parts. But they had to special order the parts from Germany.

I had my console covered in leather 2 years ago and love it, along with my matching stone gray DCT steering wheel.

Some parts I installed myself. I probably could have done most of it actually, but for the more complex and time intensive installs, I had my dealer do it.
For example, the door spears require removal of the door panels and the old spears are welded on with plastic. So one has to cut or drill off the old plastic welds to remove the original door spears. Then plastic weld the new spears in place. That was too much for me, left it to the dealer.
