Finally, I bought my first Porsche and it is in my garage. Pictures will follow shortly. I bought a 2008 C2, in excellent condition. No overrevs, no leaks, no scratches, fresh wheels, two very small dents by the rear right wheel (for which I will later ask for advice).

Anyway, I will post pictures soon but I wanted to thank immediately all the people in the Board for their great help and support. Plantagenet even offered to test drive one for me, although I never followed through on his offer.

I'll post more on the purchase process, hoping to add a little bit of value for those who want to buy their first Porsche. And yes, I had to increase my budget considerably but I think that I got what I wanted. I am a happy man right now.

 

Snap....same car, same year, sounds like the same budget increase. Can't wait to see pics.......mine has made me even happier with life!

Thank you guys. Pretty rainy outside so I will get better pictures when it stops (seems like we will have a few days of rain in NY).
