Ian c2 is infamous around these parts
Well , as well as removing the rear seats and tidying up the "dangling" rear seat belts (which you have to do for any option ) ...

Do you have Bose ??

If not , it's just a simple affair of cutting holes in your carpet to get to the rear strut top mounts

it's not that bad - if you have a subwoof, youre gonna lose it. but bonus is that the shelf carpet will already have cutouts for the subwoof brackets so no cutting to get to the shock mounts.

and does anyone know if it's like the RSS bar where you also have to peel the carpet away on the rear floor/pillars in order to cut a notch out of the plastic elec conduits? i.e. if the bend of the bar/sweep backward from the seatbelt mount is severe enough to need more clearance from this conduit. with the RSS bar, you need to and i thought the GMG was a similar design.

you can keep the sub with either GMG harness bar (the WC or LMS), but NOT with the RSR roll bar. the sub covers the shock towers and the RSR attaches to the towers.

maybe but quick question: isnt your ultimate goal in all this to add protection for the TRACK? i.e. you're otherwise beating the hell out of it on track but are worried about a few rattles, etc?

Well the car is my weekend car so i kinda want the best of both worlds. I will start tracking by next year buttt i also would like to be able to go to partys and ect. With the car, kinda keep it civil but at the same time be able to track. I cant afford a GT car JUst yet lol. So i am kinda **** about it rattling meaning butchering. So basicly i want little track time and at the same time have the classy look.

haha, you poor soul, i was once like you - all bright eyed about tracking yet still OCD about keeping my car looking pristine. now i'd be lucky just to get all the track rubber marks off after a long weekend. i have tons of rash up front and (OEM/track) wheels have taken a beating. and the only good thing about my rattles is that i cant hear them when i am enjoying the car as it was meant.

trust me, the more you track, the more you will love it and not be concerned about how your car looks thru a microscope since you are the only one who views it that way - when most people see you it will be whizzing by, not in a some beauty pageant. at 20ft away going past at speed your car will look perfect to anyone.

nah, rattles arent bad. believe me, after the beating you take on the track - noises, creaks, groans, etc - you wont even notice anything while street driving anymore.

every once in awhile a new rattle will show up on mine but will disappear after the next track day.
