Hey all,
I've been checking out this site for the past few months and can't thank everyone enough for all the information that's available. I've been searching... And searching for just the right car and have finally found it. I'm the new owner of a 2006 Carrera S coupe. I'm picking it up on Saturday morning and have a 3.5 hour drive home to enjoy it for the first time. I hope to be a contributing member to this community however I'll probably do more asking than advising for quite some time. Attached is a photo of my new car!

I see it has red deviated seat belts, which contrasts nicely with black. Nice looking Sport Design rims too. Any other special options?

 

It has 49000kms (30000 miles), sport exhaust, pasm, full power seats, heated seats, iPhone for pcm, built in radar detector, red seat belts as was noticed along with red trimmed floor mats. It doesn't have sport chrono but I may get the upgrade and a 6 speed MT. The car has a clean carfax and nothing serious on the PPI. I also don't have Nav but I'd rather go aftermarket anyways and get a more complete package than the stock PCM offered.

nice car! Good luck. Having a 6 speed you won t need the sport chrono, at least that's whats my investigation found.

you're not missing much with not having the nav. my iphone does a much better job. i only like having the nav so i can prove it wrong when it gives me an estimated time of arrival on trips. great looking car. enjoy the turning heads.

 

Congrats! Just keep it at the speed limit on your long drive home. Don't want to spoil your special day with a ticket.��

 

Thanks everyone! I'll try to keep the speed down on the drive home today ( try being the key word ). I also have many pictures on my phone already. Ha. More to come today. As for the chairs.... Won't fit in the car. They're pretty sweet though.
