Anyone have experience with the Rennline kit, in black?

Both look good. The other thought is I can just get the center ZunSport, then DIY the sides using the instructions on this board or 6speed, but it won't look even so probably not worth it.

Thanks.

Not sure if the Rennline grills are made by the same manufacturer as the grills FVD sells, but I ordered the FVD grills and my body shop highly recommended that I not install them on my car because of how flimsy and cheap feeling they were. In addition, they were seriously deformed and bent up just from shipping. However, FVD allowed me to return the product, so no worries.

I have black Zunsport grills on my 997.2. I had them on my 2008 997.1. They are great! 5 minute installation. Easily removed if needed.

On you 997.2 any chance the side grilles can be mounted on the inside?

Don't know. You could email Zunsport and get better info.

You don't happen to have a picture of the whole backside of these side grilles do you? I want to see if there are any other mounting points that can be used from the inside.

There are no other mounting points. Only the 2 clips on each side.

I have them on my GTS. Have never had a problem with them staying in place. Runs up to 140 mph rumor has it.

I like that look as well.

mdaverey - you did purchase and install the Zunsports, correct? Would be great if you could confirm how you mounted them.

Thanks!

Dang, that looks awesome! I only installed the center grill last year because I didn't like the look of the side grills mounted on the outside. Please post up a quick DIY so we can follow your lead on this!

Zunsport rear mounted radiator grill group buy. Surely they will do it if we get a certain # of people! Who knows someone there?
