Is there a current or planned rear seat delete option for the 997?

 

good question ... I had that on all of the 993's I orderd .. I had a 89 speedster that had it and loved it , so from then on I requested it on my next few cars .. was great for long road trips for luggage . When I got a 996 it was not avalable I miss that option .

 

A took my rear seats out of a 997 cab. All surfaces except fold down rear back rests are installed with velcro.

The backrests have a clip in the middle under black plastic cover. This enables my wife to bring whole watermelons to thrack events; she misses the boxster.
