Red gauge face mod

Been wanting to so this mod for a while. I think it will go well with the existing red belts. Suncoast has it listed for $755 (ouch!), made by FVD. Seems a little steep for just faceplates but it sure pops. Want to do the chrono dial (~$330) too but I think that particular piece is just paper with adhesive backing. Not sure if the numbers illuminate when on. Can someone chime in to verify? I will bypass this if its paper. Does anyone know of any discount codes? Can recommend another quality brand? or have a set that they want to sell?
Need it to fit 997.2 C2 PDK

TIA

Good luck, I have the Red with the Red Seat belts and I love them. My Chrono is still white, but I think it looks fine that way.

I'm about to install red seat belts this weekend and thinking of doing the red gauge faceplate as well. I think it would tie in real well. That's a lot of $$$ though. I'll definitely be on my wish list.

Found them on eBay for $499.99 brand new, which is not bad for OEM part. I didn't blink for a second and hit BUY right away.

Pic??

That was my thinking. I'll do the cluster first and see if its ok without matching the chrono.

Good luck on the belts install. I'll take some shots when my gauges are done.

I that an easy DIY? Ripping the dash is one scary thought for me.

Sorry didn't mean to tease! Just got excited and still couldn't believe how I stumbled into that deal. My first thought was it's gotta be a knock-off but the pictures looked so legit. I looked up the part number and it all checked out good. I never talked to the seller to find out the story behind it.

There are a few DIYs on it. Doesn't look hard but very tedious. I am due for a challenge. Hope I don't mess anything up.

Mine are from the factory. Chrono is white as well. Love ten with the black leather and red belts. My interior plastics are also painted red.

removing the cluster is pretty simple. IIRC it involves removing the instrument surround (cluster hider) and the trim piece between the wheel cover and the cluster. Pretty basic stuff, and I do think there's a DIY here for all, including the face swap.
