I hope this is what they look like. If it is then my 996tt just went up in value. That thing has to be tweeked out some. No one design something as ugly as this on purpose.

Is it really that much different for most of us to take the hit on our 996TT and then after that have to mod to get back to where our 996TT's are HP wise???

Not for me.. I will wait for the 998 and hope for a big change or just get a gallardo as the prices come down in the mean time...

 

Yeah. I hope Eric and Arling are correct. I rember when I first saw the 996 TT. That thing was awesome at first sight.

haha... i really hope it would look MUCH better than that! little better wouldn't do SH*T to that fugly thing!!! but ya if that is what it looks like then Gallardo here i come!!! so much better looking car... and oh ya the Porsche is going to be mass produced!!! Guys, don't get too worked up here. I highly doubt this is a finalized design for the car. Don't ask for your deposits back until you see the production version! Geeez!

 

did you guys notice that they put the "TURBO" sign on the back? why bother placing that on mules? maybe to throw us off??? hmmmmm

 

Less of a change then the 360 to 430 was, IMO I am disappointed. Maybe with different wheels it will look better, but IMO it is a lame attempt at a change.

 

I think I'll order two and give one to Evan.

this has got to be to throw us off. the turbo is always the most developed look of the entire 911 line, and it looks like it has changed less than the carrera. Remember how bad *** the turbo looked sitting next to the c2 when it first came out in 01.

Let's have some faith in our favorite automaker. It will look badass when it hits the autoshow. Guaranteed.
