Anyone have any experience with I Simple from best buy. It's a wired iPod iPhone connecter. Uses a dedicated FM station and will not have any static or interference due to it being wired. $140 installed. I'm looking for an inexpensive solution. I don't need or want blue tooth so the Dension at $550 seems like over kill.

 

I have been interested in this too. I heard good things about it.

 

I haven't installed the Gateway in a car but I have installed them on 3 different boats. They function just as described, no issues at all. I'd recommend it.

I had put one in a few months ago and recently removed it for a dension.
It sounded ok, but some songs had small sounds of static, not sure if it was caused by interference, clipping or a faulty unit, but it drove my crazy enough to want to remove it.
I used the AUX/RCA (IS31) version with a bluetooth a2dp (Kinivo BTC450) adaptor, the reason I didn't go with the bluetooth version is it did not work for phone calls, just music.

Now I have a dension, the sound quality is night and day, and no more static!

 

i'm pretty sure its a different unit; newest one ISFM2351.

either way the reviews are strong and i will report back with mine.
