Speedster Style

I discovered the Delavilla Hardback tonight when I went looking for a speedster style top cover for the 997. I figured someone had to make one out there somewhere.

This looks pretty close to what I was looking for.

Does anyone on here have one, or know of other options out there?

I searched and only found one instance in the 997 GT2 section, but the thread was more about a full build with a pretty fancy red leather redux, and only had 1 image of the hardback. Everything I've read seems to indicate that this is only a concept?

I think the hardback looks pretty awesome, but would love to see other options if anyone knows of any.

Also I would imagine they don't give these away, and appear to ship from France.

Let's share thoughts, images, knowledge on this here if you can.

If there's already another long running thread on this that I've missed please let me know.

I also found this in a google search:

I think whoever makes this one, did it even better.

Thanks!

JT997 is infamous around these parts
That first one is the only one I've ever seen. I don't believe that second one is supposed to represent an actual product. I'm pretty sure it is just a rendering to show what they thought a Speedster 997 could look like.

If that's not a real product then it damned well needs to be... that's gorgeous.

It's nice but very expensive if I remember correctly. $6-7K. If it were cheaper I would love to have one.

Ken.

And, by the way, that second one is an actual 997 Speedster:

Those wheels are so awesome that it's ridiculous.

Speedsters are amazing. They're so rare, I mean - I think there's only 2 or 3 of them around here, and none are 997's.

Not a big fan of the LSB color, but I respect it for sure.
