i am embarking on the gundo hack and i have seen pictures with stright pipes and the curved ones like the fister exhaust. does it really matter if a curved or straight pipe is used to connect the two pipes? i know it pipe diameter matters, but does the slight curve of the cleaner fister exaust actually affect the sound?

 

my guess would be that I doubt the small curve will matter.
