Pricing for a 2010 C4S Cabriolet CPO
I would offer $76,500 and tell them to throw in Summer Tires. Nice car and I do not think the price is that far off especially for a CPO with those miles. I paid about that for my 2010 C2S in January, but mine had 3000 miles and every option I wanted except PSE (I fixed that with my Cargraphic/Sharkwerks purchase). With that said mine was originally $110K or so.
Did you have them send you the DME report??? To me that is a must, mine was as clean as they get.

After getting a lot of feedback on this, it appears that the appropriate market range for this car is $75-$77. They are currently at $78.5 and not willing to go lower at this time. I am willing to be a little patient -- we will see if they can sell a cab in the middle of the winter in the snowy midwest.

Thanks, I did not think to ask for a DME report, but will do so. Yes, I agree that it appears to be a very nice car.

They initially listed it at $76k, but they met me at $73k, as I knew I had to invest $2k in a set of winter tires for our Chicago winters.....

I am still waiting for the dealer to be willing to go lower on his price. In the meantime, a 2011 c4s meteor grey with similar options has become available, with 13,101 miles and an asking price of $87,995. What are your thoughts on fair pricing for this one? Below are the options and link to the website:

It's pretty much going to be in the same ballpark plus/minus a couple of grand depending on options. So figure, $76-$82K for a 2011C4S ... if its CPO and Cab, it'll probably cost $1-2K more.
I'm probably assuming here but for this amount of money your not going to worry about $2-3K in pricing. Your probably more concerned with the quality, options and overall condition of the car. So if it meets your criteria, I'd just get it as low mileage 997.2 C4S are getting harder to come by.

Yeah, IMO thats too high. If your dead set on a Cab, here are some others I found:
2010 C4S Cab
2011 C4S Cab
I started this thread for the following 2010 C4S Cab:

I made what I thought was a fair offer for each car. For the 2010, the Kansas dealer has refused to go below $78k. For the 2011, the New Jersey dealer is willing to sell it for $86k plus he will pay for shipping to Texas, which he claims will cost close to $2k.
Of note is that in both instances, I will need to buy a new set of tires, which will set me back close to $2k. The Kansas car has snow tires, while the New Jersey car has worn out performance tires, just barely qualifying for the CPO certification.
My sense is that both dealers are reluctant to go lower right now because they just got the cars and are willing to wait to see if there will be another buyer who will pay more than me.

No, because I want a manual and both of the cars you pointed out have PDK.
