Detailing: Foam cannon on electric pressure washer
I would like to start using my pressure washer for cleaning my cars (including two P cars).
It is a medium electric - Husky brand, 1650psi, about 10 years old.
I would like to use a 'foam cannon' with it, but am having trouble figuring out how to do this with my particular pressure washer. It seems the typical foam cannons are designed with a quick lock connector that attaches to the output side of the trigger mechanism.
Unfortunately (and this appears to be true with almost all of the electric pressure washers), my pressure washer has a bayonette style connector on the output of the trigger mechanism. I have not found a viable adapter for it.
Exemplary foam cannon:
Moreover, I though of just replacing the trigger/wand with a standard unit, but my trigger/hose is unitary - no connectors (other than an M22 from the hose end to the pressure washer).
Can anyone recommend a path for making the connection (other than just getting a small gas pressure washer with standard connections which is probably more useful for around the house anyway).
Thanks

HI,
Not very technical but my regular foam cannon didn't work w the pressure washer. Bought one that did, connection was simple and there is a special wash product that cleans w/o touching after. Will go look at both after supper and let you know what products.
