I'm presuming it will be in a garage. Put a battery maintainer on it, fill the tank with premium, treat it with Sta-Bil. If your wife isn't going to drive it to operating temps, then it's better not to even start it. You can jack stand it if you're concerned about flat spots on the tires. Cover it up, and you're done. 3 months is nothing.

read the user manual.
- increase tire presure to 58
- clean car in and out
- sta-bil
- no hand brake
- on neutral (for manual)
- ...

personaly to avoid flat spot I move the car a bit in the garage every month. no need to start it, with tires at 58, it's very easy to push the car 6 inches...

from very recent experience, I offer this advice...unplug and remove the battery maintainer prior to driving the car.

Put sta-bil in the car now a drive for a while to get it through out the full system. Then fill the tank up with more gas and sta-bil. If you pull the battery do NOT just sit it on the concrete. Get it up of the ground and put it on a trickle charger or just have someone start it once a week and let it idle for 5 minutes.

Opinions vary on this subject but 3 months is very minimal. I would say clean it up, pump up the tire fill the tank and put in some sta-bil, hook it up to a maintenance charger and your good.

Getting the car in the air my opinion is a total waste of time. I've never raised my cars and have NEVER gotten flat spots when stored +- 6 months... Using craddles or foam pads under tires but for 3 months i would say don't bother.

yeah, that seems a bit overboard, I usually do about 5psi more on all 4 tires.

I've always been told to bring up tires to 50PSI from the dealership. 58 I would say is a bit much.

I don't think jack standing the car is recommended for long periods of time.

- my interior is very clean normally (and i was lazy, it was also cold) so i didnt even clean the inside.

i find that car storage varies greatly from car owner to car owner. some people can be very **** yet some people simply turn off the car for half a year.

also avoid starting the car unless you start driving it regularly again.

- i ran my car through a touchless car wash (woudlnt say car is spotless in after the wash)
- fill up full tank
- parked the car on car mats (some people have told me not to leave on concrete floor)
- added 200ml of stabil
- started the car in garage (garage doors open)... while car was running i pumped 50 psi to all 4 tires (took roughly 12 minutes)
- no hand brake so i put small items in frotn and behind one of the rear tires as a precaution.
- plugged in porsche charge-o-mat (original 50$ one)
- car cover.
