Model Year from build date

I'm looking at a Carrera 4S listed as a 2006, however the build date shows as 11/06. Isn't that a MY 2007 ?

My Vin starts with "WP0BB"

however its not a Turbo. The second "B" says it should be a Turbo.

What gives?
