I had those on my 2006 for nearly a year before I sold the car. Never had any problems with condensation, no problems at all. They were bright and reliable.

Depo = Dectane. Depo is the Taiwanese manufacturer - they make many aftermarket lights. Dectane is a German distributor. No matter what you call them, they look great. I had them on my 2008 TT for 2+ years, never a problem.

I only put about 1000 miles a year on my car and it rarely, if ever, sees rain so I'm probably not the best person to ask.
