Oh Yes! It is mine.
Oh Yes! It is mine.
I picked up my 2006 CS4 today. Guards Red with red interior trim, seat backs, dials and belts. 23,330 miles and in fantastic condition. Porsche CPO with 2 year bumper to bumper warranty, excluding consumables. I was looking for other wheels. It came with the "lobster fork" style, which are nice (I am keeping them for the future) but wanted something, IMO, that was sportier.
So, yesterday, while paying for the car, I came across a set of 19" Fuchs with Michelin Pilot Sports, brand new and at a fantastic price. I thought I wanted wheels from 2006. Normally, I don't go with dark centered wheels, but these caught my eye. After some consultation (with my son who is a gear head) I decided to buy them. I am very pleased with the look. I also want to thank everyone who posted on my previous thread regarding 2006 wheel information. All were very helpful.
Great car! Looking forward to better weather so I can put some miles on it.

Per a request, I have attached two more pictures of my red CS4. One is a 3/4 shot from the right rear and the other is at the dealer with a Fuchs wheel set against the car to get a look-see.
Congratulations Scrambler8! That's a beauty. I love the wheels. Have you ever considered getting some black lug bolts to match the wheels? For more information Click Here.
Where is the best place to buy a set of wheels like those? Black Fuchs classic for my 07 997S. A google search pulled up a couple options but wonder if the experts here have better ideas...
Thanks!
Thanks!
Congrats on the new C4S. Awesome looking Fuchs. They look fantastic on guards red. You should think about getting black stone guards as well. I have seen the black Fuchs/black stone guards combination before on a guards red 997 C4 and it looked amazing.
