Guys a good opportunity is to come and meet with the rest of the Metro NY PCA at an autocross event... Lots and lots of Porsche and great people and friends...
There is one at Tobay this Sunday and many more at Nassau Coliseum almost on a monthly basis. You dont have to drive but you can definitely meet other Porsche fans and owners.

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum and also this is my first Porsche. I keep reading about the gundo hack and never heard it in person. I would normally PM people I see on the forum, but I'm limited with my post count. I'm located in Nassau county, NY and would like to meet up with fellow enthusiasts to learn more about this awesome car - specifically about maintenance DIY's.
Thanks and I look forward to participating more.

I did the the gundo hack on my '08 Targa 4S and it sounded awesome - best mod for a couple hundred bucks.
And then recently, I did the gundo hack on my 2011 C4S w/PDK, sports steering wheel and it sounds awesome. Once the car hits 3K+ RPMs, the sound is intoxicating.

Would highly recommend the mod!
I'm in!!!!!!!!! Throw out some possible dates and I can make a doodle which anyone can access and choose the ones that work best for them.
What year is your C4S?

The pipe is 1.75" in diameter. Thats what the muffler installer recommended.
The sound is perfect and not too loud

I was all set to have the gundo hack and spark plug service by Unlimited Motorsports in Oyster Bay, however Darren called me and said they decided against doing this service. He tried convincing me to spend more on an exhaust and said the gundo hack is ghetto and inappropriate on a Porsche. I'm very disappointed...now need to find someone else.
