I'm new to the forum and also this is my first Porsche. I keep reading about the gundo hack and never heard it in person. I would normally PM people I see on the forum, but I'm limited with my post count. I'm located in Nassau county, NY and would like to meet up with fellow enthusiasts to learn more about this awesome car - specifically about maintenance DIY's.

I had the gundo on my car and it was by far the best you will not be disapointed. I recently switched over to center exhaust and had to nix the gundo's. With my new setup i get alotof drone which i never had with the gundo's im in nassau as well

 

Suffolk county here. Had the Gundo done by Unlimited Auto Sport in Oyster Bay. Love it!

I am now in Brooklyn, maybe move to long island before 2015.

 

Called them up today and received a quote on the gundo and have my spark plugs changed at the same time. Quote seemed reasonable and will probably have it done in a few weeks.

Anyone willing to meet up so I can hear your gundo exhaust?

 

Honestly you should find a used pair on the forsale thread they go for 350-400 might be good to keep your stocks imo thats what i did.

 

I heard there was a lot of vibration with the gundo hack, is that true?

 

Did exactly the same thing at the recommendation of Unlimited.

 

I dont have any vibration or drone. And you can always tell my car when the valet starts it up.
