are there any after-market inflateable spare tires that one could retrofit into the front hood for a 2006 c4s?

Not sure I'd want to gamble being out of cell phone range with a blown side-wall and a can of "gooo". Porsche road-side assitance won't work if you can't call them.

996 had a small inflatable spare that would get you home or to a dealer.
