In the last pic, the front wheels need to be chocked....unsafe IMO.

Not sure if you can drop engine with jackstands, I think it is best to have a lift.

Sure you can. Tons of DIYs have done it repeatedly. I am actually in the middle of replacing the clutch, pp, RMS, fork, etc

hahaha! Now I am discovered. Honestly, though I can rebuild a tranny, upgrade suspension, rebuild brakes, etc., my "very first project" on any car that I buy has always been upgrading the audio system.

I normally put in custom boxes, amplifiers, separates.. - the whole gusto! The 997 is the first one wherein I did not gut the whole audio system. Hopefully, I can start the custom sub-box. Then I 'might' gut the system.
