Emblem Help

I was washing my car and the mit must have caught the "Carrera S" Emblem on the back of the car because I heard a snap and looked down and I broke off part of the "C". How do I fix this? Should I just get glue and glue the C back together or scrap the whole thing off and put new emblem? Where do you get them and is this a DIY or would it be best to get professionally done?

You can order new one for Suncoast or Sunset. The hard part in the alignment of getting them back on. I would bet Suncoast could send you those details too if you buy from them.

Same exact thing happened to me. I went to the dealer and bought a new one and they installed it for me for free. I don't remember exactly how much I paid for the emblem but I think it's about $60. You can also check out http://www.bumperplugs.com/index.php?route=common/home

Use painters tape to mark the current aligned letters, then instal new decal. Good luck.

I always tell my friends who tell me to de badge my car that when a letter eventually pops off, then I will take off the rest. For now, they're looking fine.

Like Robocop said, tape the lines nicely before de badging the rest and then replace with the new letters. You'll be glad you got a fresh badge.
