I haven't had either but several people have mentioned that the R88 tires heat cycle out and therefore become useless after a few weekends. The Nittos apparently don't have the same issue. Again, just being a Parrot.

been using 8's for years and HATING them more and more. i dunno if they changed compound or if i am just getting better on track/outgrown them (or am i getting worse??).

but unfortunately i have 19" and nitto doesnt make my size. cant wait for the day i have extra cash for 18" track wheels. go nitto.
