Alert! Beware of Racepartswarehouse!!!!

Hey guys, let me share my bad experience with Racepartswarehouse to prevent any further scams (www.racepartswarehouse.net / aka RPW). They have no idea what they are doing now

Here is the story: I have ordered a total of three front lip spoilers for my GT3 from Racepartswarehouse months ago. It took about two months to get them delivered, but it was okay.
But the thing is, I only got two of them and Im still waiting for the last spoiler.

Eddie who was in charge of the business now doesnt neither respond to my emails nor answer my calls (I have been asking for refund for months) I dont think they are willing to refund money for the spoiler that Ive never received.
BTW, they are currently selling their stuffs on ebay but doesnt respond to my ebay messages at all.

I have no idea what to do to get refunded. Do you guys have any ideas? Any comments are welcomed.

I assume you paid by credit card, talk to your card issuer

I second that. Don't waste any more of your time trying to resolve the problem with the retailer. You should be able to get a refund through the bank that issued you the credit card. Hopefully you saved all the email correspondence to prove your case.

You don't have to prove your case, the transaction is of record. You did not receive the item and you want to be reimbursed. The people who issued the card, should be able to verify everything.

You are contesting a transaction, the burden is on the company to prove the service or item was provided, if it wasn't they will credit your card. This is a slam dunk. Why don't you know how much you should be credited for??

If you paid cash , your screwed.
