Thumbs up WHICH FUSE IS POWERED when the car is off....

I am installing a dash cam into my 997... and I need to find a fuse which has power --- going through it when the car is OFF. Anyone have any idea which one.... I checked the fuse map... in the fuse box area where the drivers feet are... and I can't find one....

PS. I am hard-wiring a dash cam...
DID it in my audi and worked great... won't drain battery either because I have an installed processor which kick's it out before the battery gets drained.

I can't help you on your fuse question but would love to know your setup otherwise.

Look at the 'cigar lighter' fuse. I know that the 'lighter' is hot when the ignition switch is off as I connect a battery trickle-charger through mine.

I have thought about a cam also but never considered hardwiring it. I did read your auto shutoff feature.

Care to share why you would want to cycle your battery to an almost discharge state? Mine is a DD so I don't really want the extra load on the battery.
