Two tone blue face Rolex checking in. I've worn Rolex exclusively since I was 17. My dad gave me his when he got a President. I had a President for a few years, but as someone noted, it was a little too blingy, especially when traveling. My wrist would feel naked without the heft of a Rolex on it. They also go perfectly with our cars. :-).

I bought it from a friend. It passed all the visual fake signs (almost perfect). Heck, the authorized dealer actually had to open it before having the initial sign of it being fake.

My friend thought it was a genuine and he did say he would refund my money if it were fake. He did refund my money.

Runr991 mentioned above the AP Royal Oak --- and, I think, this definitely goes with the Porsche. It's classy, not blingy and not way way too much of $$. If I didn't own the Rolex, I 'probably' (big probably) would be considering the AP.

On the sportier side but speaks to Porsche's Mille Miglia Class success with the 356s and 550s. (Plus, how many watches have bands in the form of 1950s Dunlop Tire tread?)

Never been a big fan of Rolex but I do collect watches and my favorite match for my Porsche 911 S is my Salvatore Ferragamo F-80 Pilot chrono.

Very cool. Where did you get that watch?

I am a simple Stainless Submariner no date person. Have had it for three years and just love it. Dresses up or down and the only time it comes off is for sleeping or wrenching on a car.

Made by Motochron back in the early 90s. They made "speedometer" watches for all the different Porsches. The '73 RS watch was really nice!
I had a Porsche accessories business at the time and bought probably 40 of them to resell. Cost was $115 each and now if one comes up for sale they are in the $750 range.
Sadly this is the only one I have left.

Very cool wrist pieces everyone! in my opinion Tag Heuer make a good match to Porsche cars. They even have a Carrera Series like my Calibre 16
