I'm going for the 2009 S after all. Fully loaded with Audi's 3yr/36K warranty, 17k miles, full leather and installed with "Tubi" exhaust. All for $63K (tried to negotiate for lower but that's all they're willing to accept). Is that a fair price? Should I go for it?

I think you made a great call. I'd say that was a deal for one of the car the best optioned cars I've seen, beautiful color and wheels, great mileage (not too low or high), Tubi included, and the warranty is worth some good money too (maybe 3k or more?). Very rare to see all of that bundled together. I'd bet the sticker was $120+ (edit: I see it was "only" $113 after a second look) and you snagged it for half price!

Wow, what a great looking car and nice seats! Only thing I would have gotten different is manual vs PDK. But I understand other people's reasons for getting it. Very nice example of a 997 though. Enjoy it!
