Do i have X51 headers?

Hi guys,
I was putting on winter wheels on my 06 C4 that i bought a month ago and took a look at the bottom to see if no oil leaks and such and noticed that my headers look like the once i've seen being sold as X51.
They look like the once here: http://www.suncoastparts.com/product...y_Code=997exha

So did the previous owner install X51 headers? There are no other aftermarket parts on the car. Well except the EvoM intake that i got on there now
Thanks guys.

If your headers look like the ones in the link, then yes, you have the X-51 headers.

the design of the 997.1 S headers are NOT the same as the X51.. But if your car is a 997.1 Carrera 4 (non-S) the design in headers are identical to the x51 headers but the x51 are larger in diameter(thicker piping).

I'm guessing your car is a .1 C4 and the headers are stock..

Semicycler: Great point of reference, I'm interested in the power difference of stock headers vs X51. I'm sure with a full system it's measurable, but do just Headers really improve power?

M97 (3.8l S models) headers are in the top picture as indicated. The M96 (3.6l) headers are in the bottom picture. The M96 headers and the X51 headers look the same but X51 has 48mm tubes and M96 has 42mm tubes.
