Forgive such a basic question. I had a 996 which I sold for what I considered the more practicalness of an M3. I have had real Porsche driving withdrawals, as well as the poor service at my local BMW dealer is wearing very thin. I am really considering a 997.

Does Porsche have any planned or rumored OEM bluetooth phone or satellite radios in the pipeline?

 

No bluetooth or sat radio on the horizon. Several 997 owners have integrated a Parrot 3100 into their PCM system. The other alternative is ordering the cell phone option - you need GSM and I think the multifunction steering wheel for that.for that.

 

Porsche will be the last to adopt to new technologies when it comes to audio/cellphone. Sucks, but that doesn't stop us from buying the cars!
