I found an un-connected electric plug while checking my battery connections (front cowl beneath the windshield). The two plugs seem to fit the adjacent fittings, but who / why were these left separated ? Any thoughts would be helpful. The pcar has about 31k on the clock, never had an issue with spray but it hasn't been driven in aggressive freezing conditions.

997.2 Elec. Connection; possibly for the heated washer nozzles ?
