That is a beauty. I love the aerokit look and that adds some value for me. Miles are very reasonable for the age. The wear and tear on the PCM is very reasonable for its age. While the seller mentions recent service, it was all specialized to repairing oil leaks so don't see any value increase there. I would suggest looking at when the standard services were last done since a pending major service can get expensive, especially when brakes, rotors, plugs, etc come into play. Be sure to ask about the age of tires, I can't quite read the date codes in the photos, but tires over 4 years old on our cars are needing replacement even if the wear is okay.

Assuming that a PPI and service history comes away clean, I think the high end of Pete's recommendation is reasonable or even a bit more if this particular car really hits all of your wants. I would guess as high as $48, but maybe a couple of grand less if major service is needed and the cost of fitting new tires if they are old.

Spot on to what I was thinking. Roughly 48k and if any major work is needed, deduct it from 48k

Stunning color. I'm typically not a fan of the aero kit but on this particular 911, it looks great.
I agree with others - shoot for $45-48K
