Annoying "Squeaking" Sound from my Passenger Window on my C4S Cab
#1
I'm looking for some help on an annoying squeaking sound that has cropped up over the last few weeks. Every single bump or rut that I hit (which are fairly common in Winter in Chicago!) generates a squeaking sound that almost seems like it's coming from the window being slightly short of being all the way rolled up. It's only on the passenger side, as the same bump doesn't generate any noise from the driver's side. The passenger side sound immediately goes away when I roll the window down, but as soon as I roll it back up it returns. It's only the main window, not the rear quarter-window. Have any of you guys had this problem? I'm CPO'd until April 2016 so I'll take it in if I can't resolve it, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem as well. Thanks for any help you can offer up on this one ....

North... Im having recent creaks/noises lately with my coupe. im a couple states west of you, and upon driving in 20+F days, my car does a lot better
than when its bitter cold.
Are you having issues during the deep freeze only?

I had this problem on the driver side of my c4s. The dealership fixed it under warranty. My car only squeaked/rattled during highway driving. I believe in they just greased some stuff inside the door card. It worked like a charm

Actually, yes.... it really only started over the last few weeks when it's been +/- 10 degrees around zero. Today it was 25 degrees, and it wasn't as noticeable (but it was still there). My C4S Cab is my daily driver and I've never had any problems in any of our past winters, so I'm still not sure what the issue is. I think I'll take it into the Dealer and have them sort it out under CPO .....
