TPMS delete

Can the TPM system be deleted with a Durametric Enth Kit?

I love mine. It's the one thing worth displaying on the dash. Then again, I haven't had any negative experiences getting them to read. I may feel differently in a few years as my batteries age.

I believe so... I had my indy defeat mine when I was having my Sways installed. they use the same software I do....durametric.

The DIY is a nice write-up but it is for the Pro version. IIRC, the Enthusiast version is limited to what it can do with regard to coding. Use your Enthusiast version and try to get some of the menus shown in the DIY - if you can, that may give you the answer you're looking for. Good luck.

Hello All,

The TPMS can be taken out of any Porsche with it and requires either a PIWIS tester or Durametric 6.0 with a Professional cable. The Enthusiast version can look at much more info with 6.0 than 5.0 however it cant change any code. The professional can make code changes. I have given Durametric info on how to change many of these items.
