How to remove metal door sills?

How to remove metal door sills?
Does anybody have experience or know how in removing this type of metal door sill without damaging the car. Not an issue if in the process they are damaged or ruined.

i think they are held by double sided tape. so get a plastic trim tool and start prying

And use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm it up while prying.

Agree, That is nothing but heavy duty 3M double sided automotive tape. Plastic pry tools and a heat gun(carefully as you can bubble paint) will get rid of them. I kind of like them but, your car.
