Angry 997s died today

Just exited the freeway and the check engine light came on. The engine sounded like it was gonna die and sputtered when i pressed gas. I immediately pulled over and let car sit for a few minutes. Started it back up and got the same thing.

Any ideas? I take it to shop tomorrow.

Sounds like a fuel pump or clogged fuel filter. Is there a prize for the right guess?

Either that or an ignition problem.
